WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For International shipping please allow 10 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

HOW DO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WORK?

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

CAN I SEND A PRODUCT AS A GIFT

Yes, you are able to send products as a gift in two simple steps. After placing the item in the cart, simply purchase the order using your billing address, and enter the recipients name and address in the shipping address.

Please keep in mind the shipping rate my vary depending on the receiver's location.

HOW DOES THE REFUND POLICY WORK WHEN SENT AS A  GIFT?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
